The Company is a Non-Banking Financial Company registered with Reserve Bank of India as Non Deposit taking Company.

Mr. Hitendra Chopra (Non-executive Independent Director) CA, B.Com. He is a business man and a qualified Chartered Accountant having experience in Banking SME businesses. He has experience of more than 10 years in Trading of Polymer Products and Manufacturing & Trading of Concrete Bricks and blocks, Pre-cast concrete products and other building construction & infrastructure related products.
Mrs. Sushma Chhajer ( Non-executive Non-independent Director  ) Commerce Graduate She is a business woman having more than 15 years of Experience in the administration and running of business. She is on the Board of Directors of various Companies.
Ms. Rajkumari Ramchand Udhwani(Non-executive Independent Director) Graduation and Master of Law
